Grapes: Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot
Altitude: 350 to 450 mt.
Soil: Gravel and Lime
Total Production: 10.000 bottles
Ageing: 15 to 18 months in 300 and 500 lt tonneaux.
Tasting notes: Opaque ruby purple colour, aromas of spice box, sweet
leather, cigar smoke and cherry jam; ripe, full bodied, nicely
tannic and balanced.
Serving temperature: 18 + °C It is advisable to open one hour before drinking.
